I am Mohamed Saeed Shaaban, a 10-year-old child from Gaza. I lost both legs and my right hand in the war.
I live in a tent in very difficult conditions without a wheelchair and cannot go to school. My mother carries me everywhere, even to the bathroom. I have been deprived of school for 3 years and our house was completely destroyed.
Despite losing my limbs, God gave me talents for cooking, art and football. My mother and I cook together and have an Instagram page called "The Little Chef" to help support our family, and I try to be a voice for children and show that loss is not a defect.
I dream of traveling to receive prosthetics, an electric wheelchair, and a small vehicle to go to school and play with friends. I wish for a small safe home to help my mother rest, and to become a football player and famous chef.
